Segmentation fault on doveadm search -A with a huge user base
...dovecot 2.2.9 with a director/backend setup. The user base is
about 4711 users currently.
If I start at one of the directors
doveadm search -A all savedbefore 5000d
it terminates with
doveadm(1rrissma): Error: doveadm server disconnected before handshake: EOF
doveadm(1rrissma): Error: 2001:638:913:f33::5:ff:24245: Command search failed for 1phaaman: EOF

Annoying Samba 2.2.4 Errors in Solaris 8 Logs
Hi all, I have an error message that pops up every time someone connects
to my Samba server. All day long I get these messages from smbd:

The last part, "couldn't find service o" is when the user is accessing a

Thompson's Manual to Accompany Agresti's book refers to a package named
"repeated". It's not on CRAN from what I can see. I have seen rpm's for
it. Where is the best place to download this package?

Samba 4.5: trying to setup an omnios system as a DC member

make.function.html and datasets (PR#638)
make.function.html() produces ugly results. Have a look at the file
..../r-directory/doc/html/function.html
The descriptions of datasets are wrong. Here are also the descriptions
of other function, which do not belong to these datasets.

3.0.23 for Debian Sarge: LDAP problems
...from 3.0.22 to 3.0.23 in my LDAP-based network. I
updated samba.schema, added "index sambaSID eq,sub" to my slapd.conf
and ran slapindex. When I started slapd and samba afterwards, I saw
error messages like these (from smbd.log):

Replace <NA> with something else
...h america. As it comes in, R converts
the NA over to <NA>.
What is the cleanest way to change the <NA> values to something else. In
other words, get rid of the brackets ? Maybe convert <NA> to NAM.
