Dear R-helpers, In my dataset I have two continuous variable (A and B) and one factor. I'm investigating the regression between the two variables usign the command lm(A ~ B, ...) but now I want to know the regression coefficient (r2) of A vs. B for every factors. Dear All, a Surv object I put in a data frame behaves somehow unexpected (see example). If I do a Cox regression on the original Surv object it works. If I put it in a data.frame and do the regression on the data frame it does not work. Seemingly it has to do with the class attribute, because if I change the class attribute to let "Surv" appeare first, again it works. Is this known?

Hello, I would like to label outliers (or all dots) in a plot plot(as.matrix(ValAddInd_byYear), as.matrix(Cons_Elec_Ind_byYear)) ideally by the 30 different row.names, but anything else (x or y values, for example) would already be helpful. I've tried various things with pch, but they didn't work and I can't find anything else. Any hint appreciated! Thanks, Katrin
