...with various bitrates for various resolutions to get the optimum bitrate/quality... do you have any experience for what bitrate should be used for 720x576, 1024x576, 320x240 etc for master quality and for screener quality... for example what bitrate should be used to the get the same quality for a 6000kbps mpeg 2 video from ogg and same quality for a standart dv video...
