service(imap-login): Fatal: setrlimit(RLIMIT_DATA, 268435456): Invalid argument macOS
I fixed the issue with Dovecot not starting on macOS Ventura by adding this to 10-master.conf: service log { vsz_limit = 0 } But now when I try to login via Imap on port 143 I get the same error for imap-login: Feb 20 15:55:41 imap-login: Error: Feb 20 15:55:41 service(imap-login): Fatal: setrlimit(RLIMIT_DATA, 268435456): Invalid argument Feb 20 15:55:41 imap-login: Fatal: master:

Warnings with and without r2q
Hi everyone, My HTB script is showing me those "r2q change" warnings. I read that I should test with r2q values to gain accuracy and stop the warnings but I made some tests with r2q and with burst and I still get the warnings. Any ideas on this issue will be very helpful. The script seems to be working as the bandwidth for the IPs is being shaped. The NIC works at 100mbit and the

Error in randomForest.default(m, y, ...) : negative lengt h vectors are not allowed
Christian -- You don't provide enough information (like a call) to answer this. I suspect, though, that you may be subsetting in a way that passes randomForest no data. I'm not aware offhand of an easy way to get this error from randomForest. I tried creating some data superficially similar to yours to see whether something would break if there were only a single value in the variable

Operating on count lists of non-equal lengths
This is my first post to R-help and I look forward receiving some advice for a novice like me... I?ve got a simple repeated (4 periods so far) 10-question survey data that is very easy to work on Excel. However, I?d like to move the compilation to R but I?m having some trouble operating on count list data in a neat way. The data C > str(C) 'data.frame': 551 obs. of 13

Is Asterisk suitable for this use?
Hi all, I sent this question to Digium support as a sales enquiry three days ago, but I thought I'd try here too in the meantime: We currently run a telecom switch in Brussels, Belgium, which uses 4 Dialogic Quad cards totaling 16 E1s running on a win2000 server. We are simply re-routing calls, collecting from one carrier, and terminating to one of several other carriers, with prepaid

Change to pickups in Asterisk 1.8 - not working on local channels?
Hello all, We have a customer who upgraded from Asterisk 1.6 to 1.8, and pickup groups which previously worked fine have stopped working. Can anyone advise if there has been a change in how pickups work? Here is an example where 1000101 is trying to pick up a call to 1000103: <SIP/product-local-00000005>AGI Rx << EXEC Dial "Local/1000103 at product-pickup

Removing silence at the start and end of sample encoded
Hi, Speex is great! We are using it to compress hundreds of megabytes of speech for use in our application that trains people in resuscitation. The previous version of our product used Ogg Vorbis, but after switching to Speex, we achieve fantastic compression, while retaining super quality. That allows us to cram more translated versions of the software onto each CD-ROM, making everything

General questions about security
Hi, I admit I never gave security that much thought, that is, except the most basic security rules like choosing good passwords, or reasonable file and directory permissions. But now I have to change that, since I'll soon have to setup a dedicated production server for our public libraries. I wonder where to begin. I would say first thing is get a series of "auditing" tools
