I have an Asterisk sever running with a TE406P card, and 4 pri T1's. I am trying to findout how to send access codes to the switch. After a long distance call is dialed, we get a second dial tone and I need to enter a 4 digit access code, then the switch will place the call. Does anyone know how I can do this?
