...tell you about the setup. It's a pretty small setup with only 4 handsets, all Polycom 320s, the server is a Dell SC440 with Intel E2180 CPU (dual core, 2GHz) and 512MB Ram. Internet Connection is an ADSL2, with a not so reliable ISP in australia. For incoming calls, I had a Digium TDM410P with 4xFXO modules and HWEC. Because of these problems, i replaced the Digium card with a Sangoma A200D, but it didn't make any difference to the problems. All phones are hooked up to a Netgear PoE switch. Hi we've got Asterisk CVS-HEAD 18-Aug-04 (modified by Voicetronix as available on their site for use with the vpb driver) and an OpenLine4 (4xFXO). The same server also has two X100P. Calls on the Voicetronix card drop instantly when the called party picks up. Hello, I have *@Home 1.5 installed and all is working fine for incoming calls and sometimes outgoing calls. Installed in the box is a digium TDM04B (4xFXO Ports) setup as ZAP1 to ZAP4. I have had a lot of complaints about the time it takes to setup a call. I have timed it and it is almost five seconds before it even starts ringing. The SIP device sends the request almost instantly but the channel is taking a long time to pickup and dial. It wouldn't be so bad but they hear nothing. I would like to provide ringback before the zaptel actually starts ringing the channel. Has
