4sec latency when using director
Hi, I've been running dovecot for many years, but now i've hit a strange problem. when retrieving imap there is sometimes in 1 of 4 imap requests a 4sec latency. * notes: - connected directly to the backends this latency disappears - removing a director from the loadbalancer(lvs) so i'm the only connected to the director this latency disappears too I would appreciate some feedback of where to look because i tried various options. (client_limi...

Testing flickr
...200) Rendered flickr/_photo (1.53300) . .(some other photos, 24 total) . Rendered flickr/_photo (1.30200) Completed in 36.62200 (0 reqs/sec) | Rendering: 35.35100 (96%) | 200 OK [http://flickr/flickr/search] I think something is wrong with that because the video shows 24 photos rendered in about 4sec. Is it a Windows problem? Is it my pc? or my internet connection? I will try the same test in linux to compare, btw my pc is a PIII 1.0ghz Regards -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

Re: 5. Re: how to build libspeex_armce.lib ? (patrick andrieux)
...may need to include/install something else to use ARM5E_ASM or ARM4_ASM, or maybe this part of speex's code is not finished. I tried to compare both libspeex_armce.lib and hand-built FIXED_POINT build as well. I encoded 30sec and it tooks around 6sec with libspeex_armce.lib (1.1.16) and around 4sec with 1.2beta1. rgds, Patrick >Thanks Patrick. I have done this too. However, it was my impression that >the libspeex_armce.lib was cross-compiled in GCC. How to speed-up dialnig with X101P clone modem?
I want to speed-up dialing on X101P clone (Ambient modem). I probably must change wcfxo.c, but what line to change? (On usual modems, I can type ATS11=50 to get tone dialing much faster (50ms instead of default 90ms). After that, I can write configuration to nvram (AT&W) to be permanent)

gcc 2.95.2/irix/Laguerre_With_Deflation/inifinte loop
I built ogg vorbis from the rc1 cvs source on Irix 6.5.12 with gcc 2.95.2. Using oggenc I encoded about 8,000 aiff files but found about a dozen where oggenc would go into an infinite loop. I tracked the problem with Laguerre_With_Deflation() as far back as logmask being Inf in floor0_forward. I'm now building gcc 3.0 with the expectation this is a compiler issue. If not, I'll back

any ISDN/PRI signaling experts out there?
I have officially engaged in a pissing contest with the local Telco over PRI calling name delivery. The telco publishes their calling name delivery over PRI feature as being bellcore gr-1367-core compliant. The gr-1367-core spec states that the calling name is to be included as a facility IE in the setup message, or sent in a subsequent facility IE message with an indicator in the setup message
