OT: VIA Mini-ITX, Asterisk, and hardware
...look good, but I have some reserves
because of VIA's problems with PCI latency in recent years (audio
dropouts, wierd things happening). I am looking at the EPIA CL-10000.
For $270, I can get a CL-10000 (1ghz C3, dual ethernets, etc), 256mb
RAM, and a nice small (12 x 2 x 11) case (with 1 4cm fan)... They look
like a good next step (or leap) up from a Soekris Net4801. I know that
1ghz C3 != 1ghz intel, but it's still probably better than a 266mhz Geode...
I would love to try this board with Sangoma A101's, te110p's, and even
some TDM4xx's, but if people out there...

Wrap names.arg text in barplot
Hello!
Does anyone know of a handy way to wrap the names.arg text in a barplot?
I'm creating a bar plot with rather long labels; I can adjust the margins,
but I'd also like to have the text wrap to about 4cm. Thanks!

Tamaño plots y calidad en grafico ggplot
...tomáticamente el tamaño del área de
trazado y el margen en función de la magnitud de los datos, de las
diferentes longitudes de x y de las etiquetas del eje y.
Necesitaría un tamaño fijo para el área de trazado (9cm x 12 cm), y
para el margen que contiene los textos de los ejes y las etiquetas (4cm
x 12cm). ¿Hay alguna solución?
Por otro lado, hay que pegar el gráfico en un archivo de Word, pero se
pierde resolución y no es la misma resolución que la que se ve en la
pantalla gráfica de R. Probando con diferentes formatos (png, jpeg,
pdf...) no parece mejorar.
¿Sabeis de alguna solución...

problem clipping R postscript plots within latex

here is the sample latex file that should include try.ps and just show
the central part of that postscript file:

\end{document}
However, when this is run through latex and dvips, the whole of try.ps,
rather than just a central region, is included in the output.
Has anyone else noticed this?
