SOLVED. I did it!!!
Thanks to everybody who tryied help me and in some way.. did it.
Steps:
1) I updated the wine version to wine 1.1.27 on august 12 2009.
2)After that, I installed mdac_typ.exe from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6c050fe3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&displaylang=en
3) Copied the ntwlib.dll from a windows system and pasted it on system32 folder of wine.
4)executed
Code:
wine cliconfg
on terminal. Then enabled the protocols TCP/IP and NAMED PIPES. Do it in that order. And don't modify the properties of each one.

error on running Advanced Diary v1.3
...box that says:
Error Creating Object. Please verify that Microsoft Data Access
Components 2.1 or later have been properly installed.
The program stops there.
A google search turned up this a download page for MDAC 2.8 here:

What I need to know is if I jump through the hoops to be able to
download that 1) is it likely to fix the problem and 2) what do I do
with it once it's downloaded, does it just go into the same folder of
wine that the Advanced Diary program is in?

isqlw with wine
Hi,
I need help to find the way of running isqlw (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa214005(SQL.80).aspx) with wine on ubuntu 9.04.
When I try to connect to the network server I just receive this: "DB-Library error: , Severity: 0"
I'm sure I already have all the dll's that this program needs. Using

Option LABEL
Hallo, linux-btrfs,
please delete the option "-L" (for labelling) in "mkfs.btrfs", in some
configurations it doesn''t work as expected.
My usual way:
mkfs.btrfs -d raid0 -m raid1 /dev/sdb /dev/sdc /dev/sdd ...
One call for some devices.
Wenn I add the option "-L mylabel" then each device gets the same label,
and therefore some other programs
