What gcc version is this? It should have been valid C99 code, so I expected it to work without any special version checks..

CentOS on laptops - TuxBox?
RedHat magazine this month has an article about the TuxBox M750:
http://www.redhatmagazine.com/2007/12/06/hardware-review-tuxbox-computers-sportcoat-m750-laptop/
Has anyone bought one of these? I'm particularly interested in
estimated battery life, which that review doesn't mention. The M750
is comparable in most other ways to an HP that I was about to buy, but

NIS failover
...just updated our configuratiosn to have multiple NIS servers, when we
initiated a test of client failover, we were disapointed.
It seemed that the only way to get a filaover was to /etc/init.d/ypbind restart.
It behaves as indicated in
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=5084845 using
ypbind-1.17.2-13 on Centos 4.5 / Linux xxxxxxxxxxxx 2.6.9-55.0.12.ELsmp #1 SMP

Any advice?

Snom 360 record button?
Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I haven't seen an obvious
answer on the wiki that I remember. Has anyone managed to make the
record button on the snom 360 fire off the Monitor() application? I
don't see a bounty, and googling for "snom 360 record button asterisk"
returns tons of product specification pages. (Joy!) I don't see a bounty
for it, and the only
