I have a data set like this:
if I want to less than 200000 obs from this data set.
How can I do these?

Is my data set too large
...I did something wrong.
Is there some limitation for data size for R?

it seems pr$aa don't have level GLU, but it list this level.
I don't understand this, Is there some reason for these?
