I have a data set like this: if I want to less than 200000 obs from this data set. ...THR ALA SER CYS LYS THR ALA LYS Levels: ALA ARG ASN ASP CYS GLN GLU HIS ILE LEU LYS MET PHE PRO SER THR TRP TYR VAL it seems pr$aa don't have level GLU, but it list this level.
