pbx_spool - outgoing qcall failure upon call progress
...lure and drops the call with "reason 3". I suspect the call progress
handling code is newer than the pbx_spool.c and pbx_spool.c expects any
indication returned to be a failure, which is not necessarily the case
anymore.
Is this a bug?

Could you enable mail_debug? That should show why it is trying to
recompile the Sieve script.

Sieve permissions issue following update
It has been running flawlessly for quite some time until the update.
Global scripts were compiled:
/usr/local/etc/dovecot/sieve # ls
10-move-spam.sieve 10-move-spam.svbin
However, I ran sievec again and tried saving a modified script and got the same:

On a side note, try recently released health report tool, and see if it
does diagnose any issues in setup. Currently you may have to run it in all
the three machines.
