Hi all, I have a problem with newly created users beeing not able to login at our Windows clients. We have debian linux with Samba 3.01 running as PDC and fileserver. I create the linux users first with useradd and then the samba users with smbpasswd. Hello, well, i have a weird problem: i mounted a share, shared on winxp, on my gentoo linux box via mount -t smbfs.. everything seems to work - seems. When i started to backup files with rdiff-backup, i noticed that it reported about new and deleted files, yet those were never deleted and are still present on the source share on the windows machine. Hello! I'm having problems with Word 95 (yes, we still use Office 95) running on W2K SP4. Samba is 3.0.4 running on Debian Testing (package from unstable).
