truncating aggregation output only
Hello dtrace-discuss,
Sometimes I want to run a script for some time and every n second
output N top entries. trunc() isn''t suitable here as it also removed
keys/values. I want it ''coz over time if I use sum() entries which
are normally truncated can actually get to top over a time.
Maybe printa() extension, something like: printa(@b[10]) - to output
  top 10?

ESP Print Pro 4.04 / Samba 2.0.7 / HP Deskjet 2000 C
...rinters makes no problems, printing
from the windows clients to the tek or the laserjet is ok. But there is no
chance to print from windows to the deskjet - although there is explicit
support for the deskjet2000 via a special ghostscript driver in ESP. The error
message I get in cups has the number 40a, I also have an error line like
"get_jobs: resource name '/printers/homes' no good!
or
"get_printer_attrs: resource name '/printers/homes' no good!
Anybody here, who can help us?
Best regards,
Dirk

Raid / dual Opteron power issues
Hi All,
I've just started caring for a dual Opteron machine. It has a 3Ware
9500S-12 RAID controller, a Tyan S2882G3NR motherboard, 10 IBM 400GB
disk drives, and a 650 watt power supply.
It has been behaving itself quite nicely until recently. The poor
behavior started when I upgraded the OS from CentOS 4.1 (32 bit) to
Centos 4.1 (x86_64). When running in uniprocessor mode, the system

[LLVMdev] Boostrap Failure -- Expected Differences?
The saga continues.
I've been tracking the interface changes and merging them with
the refactoring work I'm doing. I got as far as building stage3
of llvm-gcc but the object files from stage2 and stage3 differ:
warning: ./cc1-checksum.o differs
warning: ./cc1plus-checksum.o differs
(Are the above two ok?)
The list below is clearly bad. I think it's every object file in
