apache - upload files bigger than 2Go
Hi,
I need to upload files larger than 4.4Gb (iso DVD) on CentOS (5.5 x64)
http server (httpd-2.2.3-43.el5.centos)
On the apache server set in my /etc/php.ini
upload_max_filesize = 4900M
post_max_size = 5000M
In my httpd.conf I set :
LimitRequestBody 0
I'm using firefox and/or chrome client for upload a file with 4.2gb size
on the server.
But it doesn't work.

Multiple incremental DVD backup program?
I'm running C5.8 and want to backup a directory that is 6GB
in size.
Is there any Linux program for Centos to make this backup
over 2 x 4.4GB DVD+R disks please?
Something with a GUI like K3b would do nicely.
Kind Regards,
Keith

Huge differences in Ram Consumption with different versions of R on the same scripts
Hello R Help,
I have some R vignettes that run fpp2 time series regressions. I have run
these for a long time using R and a 12 core computer system. I ran each
core using Linux to run a vignette on that core, so that all 12 could work
concurrently. With 48GB of ram, the ram never filled up. I ran these
regressions for hours, one data set right after the other on each core.
Recently, I switched

Quantian 0.5.9.3 with over 400 CRAN and BioConductor packages
[ Apologies for the cross-post, and I hope this is seen as sufficiently
on-topic. Anybody who feels otherwise, please drop me a line off-list. ]
Earlier this week I sent out the announcement below for the newest version
of Quantian. Quantian is a bootable dvd (based off Knoppix & clusterKnoppix)

ZFS Appliance as a general-purpose server question
A customer is looking to replace or augment their Sun Thumper
with a ZFS appliance like 7320. However, the Thumper was used
not only as a protocol storage server (home dirs, files, backups
over NFS/CIFS/Rsync), but also as a general-purpose server with
unpredictably-big-data programs running directly on it (such as
corporate databases, Alfresco for intellectual document storage,
etc.) in order to

COFF::IMAGE_REL_AMD64_REL32 relocation overflow when compiling for x86_64
Thanks Andy, helpful as always!
1 is a possibility, but not ideal for us.
Could you elaborate a little on 3? I don't really know what a jump stub is,
but am guessing it's a kind of "alternative symbol" which would just act as
a middle man to invoke the "real" symbol in the static library.
If that's the case, I can think of a way to implement it for specific
