MeetMe - Causes * to crash :/
...hangup while Allison is introducing them - like playing back "conf-onlyperson". This has been seen with the MeetMe participant connecting via IAX and SIP (not saying it doesn't happen with Zap, just that I haven't seen it). Fun with Echo
...ver, on inbound calls I get a HUGE very loud echo that takes a good 20 seconds to go away (which I don't get on echocancel=128). Does anyone have any suggestions on how troubleshoot/tune this to eliminate the "buzz"? Here's my setup: Asterisk 1.2.9.1 Zaptel 1.2.6 TDM400P (3xFXO, 1xFXS) 6 Cisco 7960's running chan_sccp2 Along the same lines, in my hunt for echo, I was rather disappointed that I couldn't really find any tools to help troubleshoot the issue. It seemed like the general consensus was "Play with all the settings until it sounds good"....

Upgrading Asterisk
I'm about to upgrade my currently running asterisk server from 1.0.3 to 1.0.6 is there anything I should do before doing the upgrade? I know since I'm using Fedora Core 3 that I must do for Zaptel : make clean then make linux26 and finally make install. Do I have to remove the version 1.0.3 first or only doing install will replace all existing modules without removing my config files?
