On the REFER message the thing is different...
incoming:

outgoing:
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.1.20:5060;branch=z9hG4bK-37cbdb0;received=<WAN IP>
Also, either with rport or without it.
As you see, for some reason the REFER message has a wrong VIA header, I
have no idea if the fault is on the SPA942 or Asterisk side.
