Hi,
I am not a statistics expert, so I have this question. A linear model
gives me the following summary:

Comparaciones múltiples en ANOVA anidadp
Dispongo de un experimento en el que cinco tratamientos ha sido
aplicados a cinco grupos de voluntarios.
En cada grupo había tres personas y a cada persona se le tomaron 3 medidas,
En total dispongo de 45 medidas, pero evidentemente no son
independientes entre sí. Si no tomo en cuenta que las medidas de la
misma persona son más parecidas entre sí (bloques anidados) estaría

dramatic speed difference in lapply
So I have a function that does lapply's for me based on dimension. Currently
only works for length(pivotColumns)=2 because I haven't fixed the rbinds. I
have two versions. One runs WAYYY faster than the other. And I'm not sure
why.
Fast Version:
fedb.ddplyWrapper2Fast <- function(data, pivotColumns, listNameFunctions,
...){
lapplyFunctionRecurse <- function(cdata, level=1,

[LLVMdev] MergeFunctions: reduce complexity to O(log(N))
Hi all,
Previous patch has been split onto series of small changes.
On each stage (after each patch) MergeFunctions pass is compilable and
stable.
Please find patches in attachment for review.
To apply all patches at once, use "apply-patches.sh" script as follows:
0. Place "apply-patches.sh" in same directory with patches.
1. cd <llvm-sources-dir>

[LLVMdev] MergeFunctions: reduce complexity to O(log(N))
Hi Nick,
I tried to rework changes as you requested. One of patches (0004 with
extra assertions) has been removed.

Yup. After applying all the patches isEquivalentType will be totally
replaced with cmpType. All

[LLVMdev] MergeFunctions: reduce complexity to O(log(N))
Hello Sean and Tobias,
Sean,
Thank you. Could you describe Nick's ideas in few words or give me links
to your discussion, so I could adapt my ideas to it.
Tobias,
Your patch fails on several modules in my benchmark (73 of ~1800 tests).
I have sent one as attachment.
See statistics files for more details, all the .ll files you could
simply find in test-suite object directory (after

[LLVMdev] 2.2 Prerelease available for testing
LLVMers,
The 2.2 prerelease is now available for testing:
http://llvm.org/prereleases/2.2/
If anyone can help test this release, I ask that you do the following:
1) Build llvm and llvm-gcc (or use a binary). You may build release
(default) or debug. You may pick llvm-gcc-4.0, llvm-gcc-4.2, or both.
2) Run 'make check'.
3) In llvm-test, run 'make TEST=nightly report'.
4) When

[net-next RFC PATCH 0/7] multiqueue support for tun/tap
As multi-queue nics were commonly used for high-end servers,
current single queue based tap can not satisfy the
requirement of scaling guest network performance as the
numbers of vcpus increase. So the following series
implements multiple queue support in tun/tap.
In order to take advantages of this, a multi-queue capable
driver and qemu were also needed. I just rebase the latest

[LLVMdev] MergeFunctions: reduce complexity to O(log(N))
Hi Stepan,
Sorry for the delay. It's great that you are working on MergeFunctions
as well and I agree, we should definitely try to combine our efforts to
improve MergeFunctions.
Just to give you some context, the pass (with the similar function
merging patch) is already being used in a production setting. From my
point of view, it would be better if we focus on improving its
capability
