Some of them also have something to do with storage space.
Any ideas at all? Thanks :)

List creation based on matrix
Hi guys,
It would be great if you could help me with this one...
I'm looking to create a script to convert a matrix of species abundance e.g:

into two vectors e.g:

it just to get the dependencies taken care of) so I emerge'd the CVS

latest. The The Wiki mentions something about CVS and points to:
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33345 but that link is dead. I

should upgrade it.

Script to count unique values from two linked matricies
I hope you can help with this one.
I have two matricies:

2. A species trait score matrix:
<http://r.789695.n4.nabble.com/file/n4643979/2trait_matrix.jpg>
The trait matrix lists trait scores for each species as listed in the
species abundance matrix.

Anyone know why this wouldn't be valid mbox format?
Trying to get my wife's emails out of a proprietary format and into mbox
for use on our local box. Doing some major file munging. In a test email
the following doesn't work. (forgetting dates, email addresses, etc.)

This does work
