Game won't go fullscreen
...ging. I'm 100% sure both of my monitors support that resolution. Maybe it has something to do with TwinView? After adding the resolution, this is what
Code:
xrandr
has to say about my supported modes:
Screen 0: minimum 640 x 480, current 3200 x 1200, maximum 3200 x 1200
default connected 3200x1200+0+0 0mm x 0mm
3200x1200 50.0*
640x480_60.00 60.0
3200x1200 is the faux resolution used for my dual-screen setup, I'm assuming, but even then it should be ~60Hz, not 50... So I guess I have two questions: what's going on here, and how do I fix it?

X11 device distortion (PR#10666)
Full_Name: Thomas Zumbrunn
Version: 2.6.1
OS: GNU/Linux (openSuse 10.3 2.6.22.13-0.3-default)
Submission from: (NULL) (131.152.125.199)
With my particular X11 settings, the width to height ratio of the x11 device is
distorted, with the width being half that of the height. This results in wrongly
proportioned plots, wrongly positioned text etc.
Other devices are not affected.

R started in terminal shell script or ESS steps on LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
Hi all,
Just noted this behavior in the past couple of days, where if R is
started in a shell script such as:
gnome-terminal [-e][-x] R
or in ESS (version 5.2.12 with Emacs or XEmacs), the LD_LIBRARY_PATH
environment variable is not properly appended to, resulting in the loss
of the pre-start value.
This is using R Version 2.2.1 Patched (2006-02-28 r37448) on FC4.
I noted this when
