BUG: soft lockup detected on CPU#0!

These are happening every few minutes, for four domains, and rising.
Machine is under somewhat high disk load (lots of scp processes copying
large file systems, cfq disk sched).

Those domain have now zombified and are unkillable. I''ll grab the
latest updates and reboot the box.

Randomly missing even-numbered vbd devices from domU
...ors in xend''s debug output, and AFAICT the above
output doesn''t display anything abnormal.
Interestingly, it''s only the even numbered devices that will
occasionally not show up (2nd device, 4th device, etc).
