Is this easy to reproduce? Can you try with valgrind? It will slow down the logins a bit though.

Roaming Profiles -- Problem Rapidly Switching Users
Does anybody have any insight into what could be causing this strange
problem? I have Samba 3.02 (sorry, can't upgrade right now). My Linux box is running
Mandrake 10 Official. I have Samba configured as a PDC.
I can successfully add machines to my Domain -- and log on as ANY user from
ANY machine. However on a SINGLE MACHINE, when I log on as USER_1 and access

this purpose, in fact.
A technical description is at http://www.unicode.org/unicode/reports/tr27/#tag
which, like all specs, makes it sound a bit more complicated than it
really is.
It comes down to this: mark the language of text with U+E0001 LANGUAGE
TAG, followed by the RFC 3066 language ID (ie. "ja") encoded in
lowercase ASCII plus 0xE0000.
There's really nothing needed in the spec, except to 1: recommend its
use, and 2: define where language tags go out of scope (at the end of
the tag--that is, language tags shouldn't scope between tags.)

Is there any advantage to calling R_alloc rather than S_alloc? I also see that
malloc is UNDEF. Now I'm not a C programmer, but I have a funny feeling that
this could lead to some problems?

First steps towards a simple text stream format.
...out, just the reason why it won't do stuff that
some people will inevitably ask for.
Design features:
* Text streams must be encoded in UTF-8. Most current simple subtitle
formats don't specify an encoding at all.
* Text streams must specify a language in the format specified by rfc-3066.
This is so that a player application may select the stream which best
fits the users locale, or perhaps load a different font better suited
for rendering the given language. rfc-3066 is cool because it's not just
limited to "real" languages -- you can specify Klingon subt...
