I have seen this in the archives any number of times -- but I have yet to find a solution that works for me. Any suggestions you can offer would be most appreciated. Here are the answers to the questions I have seen asked in earlier posts. Hey, I just started trying to use the qualify=yes option on my Cisco 7960 SIP phones. Of the 13 I have, 2 of them seem to loose their registration with asterisk on a regular basis. I see lots of these lines: -- Registered SIP '3030' at 62.74.107.1 port 58825 expires 60 in my console. But I only see them for 2 extensions. Never see them for the other 11. Hey gang, I've never really noticed this until now. We have 20 phones here. All with internal 3XXX extensions. 10 of the phones also have DIDs. The way I have asterisk setup in extensions.conf is: [all-incomming] exten => 8569967485,1,Goto(internal,3015,1) <etc..> [internal] exten => 3015,1,Dial(SIP/3015,20) <etc..> This way all the phones default context is internal. But when someone outside calls 8569967485, 3015 gets inserted into the CDR. But 3015 isn't the number they dialed. Is there any way to get the correct number...

If there is a helpfile open (f.e ?glm) and it is the top window, then an exception error occurs (closing RGUI) when I hit the open file button. If the helpfile is not the top window (of the RGUI) I am able to open a new script without any error.
