Help using R 2.14.2
...yon1.fr/datasets/charif04/ was given for readers to use the program. Now I would like to use the webpage for codon usage analysis for my selected genome.However, the program is not working for any other genome other than its default data set.I can filter the genome to keep only sequences more than 300bp in a text file in fasta formata and I would like to run the program/weblink for this file.
Could you please let me know, how to use the program for my dataset on the weblink / a edited R script for running the program on R 2.14.2 for this set of sequences.
