Subsetting does not remove unwanted data in table
...t (data1), which I subset in order to remove rows where
HabitatDensity="Med". This dataset looks correct when I call it up,
however, when I create a table out of the new subset (data2), my table
continues to show the "Med" information as 0.
This is a problem because I need a 2x2xK structure for my analysis and
the fourfoldplot routine, and therefore wish to eliminate data where
HabitatDensity="Med".
Simple question (and probably simple answer): How can I delete the
HabitatDensity=="Med" from the dataset or table, so that I be left with
a 2x2xK table....

Quick question on Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel test
Dear List,
I am looking for what B.S.Everitt refers to as Cochrane Method for testing
independence in combined 2x2 contingency tables. Is it the same method as
the Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel Chi-Squared Test for Count Data in R?
Thanks,
Serguei

sorting data help
I am trying to create a 2x2xk contingency table. The variables are GDP and
an income inequality statistic with year being the k levels. I want to
eventually run a loglinear model with the data. Currently the data is
organized by either year or country. example
Country Year log(GDP) sqrt(INEQ)
