Uninstall Adobe Acrobat 7.0
...state.
Any ideas on why this uninstall is not working?
I know that I can simply delete the installation directory:
$ /home/username/.wine/drive_c/"Program Files"/Adobe
but I like to uninstall properly.
Note: I never was able to get it to run even though it runs just fine
under Windows 2KPro.
System:

Text to Speech on CentOS4

filename problem
I got problem with filenames. Some info on my configuration
Samba 2.2.6
client code page=852
character set=ISO8859-2
When serving files with " character, example:
user on "server" (H).lnk
(standard link to home drive). Windows 2000 sees something
like
user~x%
It is even worse when such file is located in user profile, which makes
it impossible to save user profile to

Seeking Good Documentation for... (freebsd+ldap+samba(pdc)+kerberos)
...I am currently having is that I can set up a kerberos server and
an ldap server, access both and use ldap for authentication to both the
system and samba. I can add users via smbpasswd and use those users (in
ldap) to access shares. Where I run into problems is trying to add
computers (Windows 2kPro) from the windows systems. Have tried much
playing around at this point but am unable to figure out the
configuration that allows for this.
I have been working from the O'Reilly LDAP book and various differing
documentation I have found on the net. The O'Reilly book describes a

server's fqdn, or ip address. if I don't use the fqdn or IP, I get the
"failed to verify incoming ticket" in the log.
now the interesting (I think) part. I can access the share from an XP pro
box using the netbios name. where as with a fully patched 2kpro box, I
have to use the fqdn or IP.
Any thoughts???
