The system doesn't shutdown
Hello,
I have been following the details in this article to configure my UPS:
http://rogerprice.org/NUT.html
However the system won't shutdown although file permissions look ok:

Supplemental group support in smb.conf
...ther NT server box, and all these
users have entries in /etc/passwd
Does anyone know of a switch I can use so that forces the user logging in
(if it is permitted to do so by /etc/group) to use the mp3users group?

Problem is, that username is not max, it is "max mustermann".

Problems with usbhid-ups and CyberPower CP1500 on 2.6.0
I've been running the Debian packaged 2.4.3 for a while, working find. When
2.6.0-1 just pushed through to debian, things have stopped working :(
I checked what had been the usual suspects in past problems, namely
permissions problems in /dev/bus/usb, but all seems in order:

sftp idle timeout
Hi team,
Any chance my patch introducing new sftp-server option '-t idle_timout'
[1,2] could be accepted into openssh/openssh-portable?
Thanks!

memory usage
...save 7800 bytes for the encoder.
>
> Jean-Marc

thanks, I have merged the diff in
$ svn merge-r 8996:8997 http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/speex
to my codebase. it works as expected, nb_celp.c stacksize
is reduced to:
encoder:
stack usage: 8811
stack size : 9000
decoder:
stack usage: 2719
stack size : 2800
what about this value in bits.c:
#define MAX_BYTES_PER_FRAME 2000
now there is _almost_ enough RAM to allocate both encoder and decoder ;)
