[LLVMdev] llc is taking a long time at -O1 to convert *.bc to *.s
Hi All, I am using llvm-3.0 release version for compiling some files. I have a cpp file on which I did a few custom passes. After that I used llc to convert the *.bc file to *.s file at -O1 optimization level. llc took ~2630 seconds to perform this conversion. I timed llc and these are the top three passes that is taking most of the time. ---User Time--- --System Time-- --User+System-- ---Wall Time--- --- Name --- 1816.1735 ( 77.8%) 23.3215 ( 69.7%) 1839.4950 ( 77.6%) 1839.4132 ( 77.6%) Simple Register C...

Trouble with kernel-3.10.0-1160.80.1.el7.x86_64
....1.el8_6.x86_64 In fact, related - on our systems attempt to start qemu-kvm VM under kernel-3.10.0-1160.80.1.el7.x86_64 freezes any of 5 workstations with? dual E5507 (all worked OK under kernel-3.10.0-1160.76.1.el7.x86_64 and any previous version). The workstations with E5-2609, E5-2650 or E5-2630 are not affected - all of them run qemu-kvm VM under kernel-3.10.0-1160.80.1.el7.x86_64 without problems. Any ideas? matrix question
...r. So for instance I have a vector s: [[1]] [1] 44308 [[2]] [1] 4371 Also, I have a list d: [[1]] [1] 1201 6170 2036 2927 1625 1391 2074 1453 3172 3027 4691 3719 1185 320 2071 1027 1046 1186 1403 580 1382 440 8 174 [[2]] [1] 6521 688 2678 3409 3033 1608 3618 1461 1836 2104 879 1095 2630 1591 2986 703 2548 913 1426 753 256 869 106 I want to multiply them together and put the results in a matrix. This is my syntax: for(i in 1:length(s)) for(j in 1:length(d)) m<-d[[j]][j]/s[[i]] #m is the matrix of dimensions set to X(e.g. 10X10) However, it seems I only get one re...

[Bug 2302] with DH-GEX, ssh (and sshd) should not fall back to unconfigured DH groups or at least document this behaviour and use a stronger group

Where did this group come from? IMO it would be best to use one of the standard groups if we're picking another fixed one - logjam attacks aren't remotely plausible at this length, and doing...

...the worst it could do is to produce an unwanted new page. I can't see how this could happen but the design of the internals of base graphics is very complicated and undocumented, so I am only putting the change in R-devel (along with fixes to the long-standing graphics bugs PR#1235 and PR#2630). -- Brian D.
