Bristuff bug or feature ? (Was: Are .call files working with extensions.ael ? bristuff problem)
Hi,
Is the following behaviour a bug or a feature ?
Using bristuff-0.4.0-RC3d.tar.gz, the call file thereafter produces :
[Mar 16 15:39:36] WARNING[25547]: pbx_spool.c:267 apply_outgoing: At least
one of app or extension (or keyword message/pdu) must be specified, along
with tech and dest in file /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/astup.call

Getting Rid of Accidental Controller
I accidentally created a controller with the wrong name. Obviously I
don''t want to have this useless controller hanging around - is there a
prescribed way to delete the controller or can I just delete the
controller file?

Is oprofile still working?
Hi all,
Is anyone using oprofile?
I'm getting segfaults from opreport at the moment, and I'm not sure if
it is opreport, or just me.
In case it is something just plain daft I am doing, here is how it goes:
opcontrol --reset
opcontrol --setup --no-vmlinux
opcontrol --start
... now I run my program, /tmp/myprog ...
opcontrol --dump
opcontrol --shutdown
then I run,
opreport -l

Problem mapping Samba shares in Windows
Hi,
In our company we are currently running a Samba server and Windows XP clients.
At the moment we are having problems with mapping Samba shares in Windows.
Shares are being mapped through a windows startup script, which executes net use (with the option persistent:no) command.
For most users this works most of the time, nevertheless it often fails, the exect reason for this isn't clear
