We have a situation where one app on the server seems to be affecting another. So, we start the first app on port 3000 and run it and all is well. We start the second app on port 3006 and it fails (blank screen). We then have to blow away the temp files and try again. If we start the 3006 one it will work and then start 3000 and it fails.
