Java versions in CentOS
Hi All, Following the latest security updates from Oracle, the version of OpenJDK package is currently listed as: java-1.7.0-openjdk-1.7.0.51-2.4.4.1.el6_5.x86_64.rpm The Redhat security advisory lists these packages: https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2014-0026.html but it makes no reference to the build number, which it turns out is important. The build on the package in centos 6.5 is

Optimization problem
Hello Folks, Very new to R so bear with me, running 5.2 on XP. Trying to do a zero-inflated negative binomial regression on placental scar data as dependent. Correlation Matrix with a Covariate
R Help - I'm trying to run a correlation matrix with a covariate of "age" and will at some point will also want to covary other variables concurrently. I'm using the "psych" package and have tried other methods such as writing a loop to extract semi-partial correlations, but it does not seem to be working. How can I accomplish this? library(psych) > set.cor(y =

Newbie
Hello, I'm a bit new to the world of R so forgive my ignorance. I'm trying to do a zero-inflated negative binomial regression and have received an error message and i'm not sure what it means. I'm running R 2.5.1 on XP. I have just tried a really simple version of the model to see if it would run before I put all the variables in. I have attached all the variables to the

[LLVMdev] Polyhedron 2005 results for dragonegg 3.3svn
Below are the results for the Polyhedron 2005 benchmarks compiled with llvm/compiler-rt/dragonegg 3.3svn at r182439 against current FSF gcc 4.7.3svn and 4.8.1svn. The only major bug remaining in the dragonegg 3.3svn support for gcc 4.8.x is http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=15980 which results in unresolved symbols for _iround and _iroundf in the aermod and rnflow testcases. Note that this

CI with confint
Hello all, I'm trying to use confint from the MASS package to compute confidence intervals for an nls object. When I plot the results, however, they don't make sense - lines cross over the fitted model or just don't match the data. Code is : Thanks for help dat<-data.frame(a,b) with(dat, plot(a,b)) model<-(nls(b~(1/exp(a*x))*n, data=dat, start=list(x=.001,n=20),

Unable to display a network on GeForce Go 7400 under Fedora
Hello all, I'm new in this forum. I would like to have your help as I am facing the following problem: I've installed the last Gephi release (Gephi 0.8.2-beta) for linux, which is an interactive visualization and exploration platform for all kinds of networks and complex systems, dynamic and hierarchical graphs (http://http://gephi.org/). The Gephi documentation specifies that
