Error Moran's test : reconsider test arguments
....
As a brief
overview of what are x and res2: I have a square sample plot on the field divided
into 5 lines / 5 columns and one value per “sub-plot”, so a dataframe of 25
values (25 cells and 1 value per cell…).
The parameter x is a numeric vector containing those 25 values:
str(x)
num [1:25]
22920 19546 16170 21387 9499 ...
To obtain
my spatial weight matrix, I used 2 columns (X & Y) representing the
coordinates of the center of each sub-plot (20x20m, so 10:10, 10:30, 10:50,
etc.), transformed it into a neighborhood matrix of class “nb” with dnearneigh() function, then into a object of...

Intial data in Migrations
One thing I found annoying about Migrations, besides that you have a
very limited ways to define your data, is that it will overwrite
EVERYTHING in your schema file. So if you spend hours customizing your
initial schema file, to get it work, exactly like you''ll need it, that
work immediately becomes for nothing once you run a migration. Your
entire schema will get rewritten, not appended

puppet: 3.1.1 -> 3.2.1 load increase
Hi,
I recently updated from puppet 3.1.1 to 3.2.1 and noticed quite a bit of
increased load on the puppetmaster machine. I''m using
the Apache/passenger/rack way of puppetmastering.
Main symptom is: higher load on puppetmaster machine (8 cores):
- 3.1.1: around 4
- 3.2.1: around 9-10
Any idea why there''s more load on the machine with 3.2.1?

Samba 4.9.4 - high RAM usage - OOM killer
Hi,
We upgraded a legacy (NT4) domain from 3.6 series to 4.8 and then 4.9.4
samba version (using sernet subscription packages / debian stable)
The setup is composed of 4 DCs with each 2 CPU/16GB RAM.
We currently have ~700 user accounts / ~600 computers / ~150 groups
Our mail setup, SSO, ... query the 4 DCs constantly.
Every 5 to 10 days the RAM consumption and CPU usage (due to kswapd)

[LLVMdev] MergeFunctions: reduce complexity to O(log(N))
Hi Stepan,
Sorry for the delay. It's great that you are working on MergeFunctions
as well and I agree, we should definitely try to combine our efforts to
improve MergeFunctions.
Just to give you some context, the pass (with the similar function
merging patch) is already being used in a production setting. From my
point of view, it would be better if we focus on improving its
capability

NFS issue with ZFS
I have Solaris 10 U7 that is exporting ZFS filesytem.
The client is Solaris 9 U7.
I can mount the filesytem just fine but I am unable to write to it.
showmount -e shows my mount is set for everyone.
the dfstab file has option rw set.
So what gives?
