arrayInd and which
Folks, I have Googled but not found much regarding arrayInd aside from the "which" help page. Any good examples or docs on what arrayInd does that is better or different from which()? In addition take the following 20x10 matrix: td<-structure(c(1, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 4, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 1, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 1, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 3, 6, 6, 6, 6, 3, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 1, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 5, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 3, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6,...

Handling two lists of matrices
I'm having trouble setting up the function call to handle two lists of matrices. Each list has 6 matrices - Each matrix is 20x10. I need to do some basic math on corresponding matrices in each list. Here are some outputs of these lists, etc... # first list > length(qc.pm) [1] 6 > dim(qc.pm[[1]]) [1] 20 10 > qc.pm[[1]][1:4,1:4] 441-JP071707.CEL 442-JP071707.CEL 443-JP071707.CEL 444-JP071707.CEL 495086...

X11 plot window sizes
...8" x 8" 12" x 6" 8" x 8" For now I'm assuming that my pointsize isn't quite the same as expected (1/72") which probably accounts for why I'm getting 6" windows instead of the default 7" window, but why does 20x20 == 40x40, and why on the 20x10 version do I get a 6" height? Thanks, Mark
