i plan to be able to reach customers directly with eithe table top or
handheld 802.11 sip enabled phones.
But the disadvantage is that how do i power each radio and back haul the
connection (this is to be able to cover at least 20KM radius of densley
populated region). During my research, i have fould out that PoE switches
exists and can be used to supply both data access and power to the
wifi radios, but these only run for 120meters tops b4 signall loss sets in

Memory problems using Krige (sgeostat)
...owing adaptations.
-Increased the max-mem-size to 1.5Gb (Thanks to Thomas Lumley for his help)
-Use a max.dist (10km) for the function Krige
-Run the Krige computation for each separate animal location while using a
repeat loop
-Select only those sample locations and data (depth soundings) within a 20km
by 20km box around the animal location (So the Krige function does not need
to calculate the distance between the animal location and all the 2 million
sample locations)
However the error: cannot allocate vector of 24432 Kb still remains. For
that particular computation only 1500 sample locations...

Add "bin" variable to dataframe
...of bins based on another variable which is distance. So, I'd like to end
with each of my distances classified into bin 1, bin 2, bin 3 etc.
Below is a start.
x<-rnorm(100, mean=100, sd=30) #Generates sample distances
breaks = seq(0, 200, l = 11) #Generates 10 bins of equal distance (i.e.
20km)
Any ideas?
Best,
Gunadi

clustering technique using lsi
I am still trying to find some faster clustering technique for search
result. One technique which strike to me is, using the Latent Semantic
Indexing for Clustering the search result can give better results. In which
we don't even need to iterate over different values of 'k'(in K-means
algorithm) to cluster documents rather we can cluster whole search result
in one go.
How Latent

Yes, so seems it to be...
It should has the better quality... But the calls done using my mobile
phone in VoIP with the Asterisk have better quality as the calls done
using the normal VoIP-telefon...
I'm really puzzled...

Voice "broken" during calls
...ummary of your situation?
Not really...
1) I have an Android phone, using the integrated Android VoIP-subsystem,
connected to my Asterisk at home, over LTE or other network *outside my
home network*. Today I called my mother using this method (I was in the
home network of my parents in law, about 20km von my home network, so
definitly *not* in my wireless...). The quality was excellent and it was
confirmed from my father in law, too...
2) I have a Thomson ST2022 connected to my Asterisk over Ethernet
(cabled network). If I call for example my mother or my parents in law,
the conversation is &quo...
