Maildir quota reporting
...a quota_rule: ?:storage=20G sieve: ~/.dovecot.sieve everything works fine. TB says, there 20G quota. Command echo "1 GETQUOTAROOT INBOX" | USER=foo dovecot --exec-mail imap reports * QUOTAROOT "INBOX" "User quota" * QUOTA "User quota" (STORAGE 0 20971520) 1 OK Getquotaroot completed. Now I change the first line in foo's maildirsize file to "0S" to allow unlimited quota. Then I boost it's size to force recalculation (just to be sure) dd if=/dev/zero bs=1k count=6 >> ~foo/Maildir/maildirsize - From now, TB still reports 2...

Damaged super block / fs root
I have accidently damaged the first block(s) of a btrfs partition and can''t mount it anymore. I can see that my data is still intact by running a command like: cat /dev/sda5 | hexdump -C | more Do any (experimental) tools exist which would allow me to recover the files? Suggest changing dirhash defaults for FreeBSD 9.2.
...internet for other peoples' experience with it. (I found the performance improvement in compiling has forestalled the need to add an SSD drive. ;-) I believe that increasing the following values by 10 would benefit most FreeBSD users without disadvantage. vfs.ufs.dirhash_maxmem: 2097152 to 20971520 vfs.ufs.dirhash_reclaimage: 5 to 50 or 60 FreeBSD administrators who have adjusted vfs.ufs.dirhash_maxmem for file server use have found 8 megs to be about minimum to satisfy vfs.ufs.dirhash_mem usage, while I have found compiling larger packages such as Firefox brings vfs.ufs.dirhash_mem up to...

Win 32-bit, stack size problem with third party software?
...which looks very similar to me: http://support.rstudio.org/help/discussions/problems/4126-rstudio-v-and-v0963 31-running-with-rbbg I checked the C stack size with Cstack_info() and saw that in the RGUI 2.15.2 it is 67108864, in the RGUI 2.15.1 it was 10485760 and in RStudio using R 2.15.2 it is 20971520. Maybe also this message is related: http://r.789695.n4.nabble.com/rJava-td4652659.html Am I?m right that the problem is related to the increase in C stack size? Is there a (easy) way to fix the problem with my package or have I refer the users of my package to RStudio or JGR? Any help is much...

maildir++ quota support on dovecot
...specifies a quota of 10,000,000 bytes or 1,000 messages, whichever comes first." For this reason the value in bytes defined for the user must have S at the end. At the moment quota-maildir.c contains a control for S or C so I can find this in log: Quota rule: root=User quota mailbox=* bytes=20971520 messages=0 But quota-util.c do not contains a control for C and S, so probably the support of maildir++ format is not complete. Please let me know if I am wrong. -- Ciao Mirko
