Bug #3 kernel?
==============

[root at server /]# strace -p 20486
trace: ptrace(PTRACE_SYSCALL, ...): Operation not permitted
detach: ptrace(PTRACE_DETACH, ...): Operation not permitted
[root at server /]#
This isn't normal right? After doing this, dovecot stops working and I
need to restart the daemon in order to establish new connections. That

Namespace & Organisation Conventions
Hi All
I wanted a little advice on the convention for namespace usage and
organisation of code.
I originally used PHP and often had an "admin" backend that performed the
various admin tasks with users, and data
Then I had a front-end often situated at the root that had user services.
I''m trying to emulate this in Rails but feel I''m missing a significant point

pooling categories in a table
I have a large n-way contingency table, constructed as a table
object, and want to pool (collapse) some categories, summing the
frequencies in all collapsed cells. How can I do this?

No access check deleting printer drivers
Hello list!
On all my samba installations (3.0.20b) I can delete all unused printer
drivers with rpcclient regardless which user name or password i use.
Is this a general feature or might it depend on my settings?
Thanks,
Martin
