xl / xen bash completion
reassign 768005 src:xen 4.11.1-1 thanks Hi, I was browsing the bash-completion package bug list before filing a bug to remove the obsolete 'xm' file, and then I ran into this one. Reassigning to Debian Xen team, since I that makes more sense. We totally missed this on our (release) radar. And indeed, we're shipping the upstream completion file now. Adi, I see how you're

Running version 2.5 beta as a service
Hi, When installing Icecast2 (stable) on Debian9 using ATP packet manager, we need to go into /etc/default/icecast and enable the init.d script with ENABLE=true if we want to run Icecast as a service. I?ve been playing with icecast 2.5 beta installed from source and obviously this means things are located in different places. I would like to know if it is also possible to run this version as a

Unfolded additions of constants after promotion of @llvm.ctlz.i16 on SystemZ
Hi, SystemZ supports @llvm.ctlz.i64() natively with a single instruction (FLOGR), and lesser bitwidth versions of the intrinsic are promoted to i64. For some reason, this leads to unfolded additions of constants as shown below: This function: define i16 @fun(i16 %arg) {   %1 = tail call i16 @llvm.ctlz.i16(i16 %arg, i1 false)   ret i16 %1 } ,gives this optimized DAG as input to instruction

RFC: changing variable naming rules in LLVM codebase
TL;DR: change the rule for variable names from UpperCamelCase to lowerCamelCase. Just to get wider visibility on this, I'm raising this again as an RFC, as suggested by Roman Lebedev. My original post from last week is here and gives a rationale: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2019-February/129854.html. There seemed to be general agreement that the status quo is not ideal.

We've not done any analysis to see what timeframe that code could be be updated on -- our focus has been on *adopting* libc++ (and easing that path), not removing the uses of weird things that it also supports. I'll point out
