I was reading the LangRef for semantics of an instruction and came
across addrspacecast. I've never needed it, so I suppose I don't care
about it.

...actually need to detect this mismatch, but the generated code is guaranteed to be busted if there is such a mismatch, so really nobody should ever be doing that.

Also the 2nd question is if PJSIP_HEADER is supposed to be able to read headers of the outbound channel?
