Utilizing column names to multiply over all columns
## Hello there, ## I have an issue where I need to use the value of column names to multiply with the individual values in a column and I have many columns to do this over. I have data like this where the column names are numbers: mydf <- data.frame(`2.72`=runif(20, 0, 125), `3.2`=runif(20, 50, 75), `3.78`=runif(20, 0, 100), yy=

add_model paquete modeval

how do i retain decimal values
Hello, I am trying to do a spearman correlation. My data has tied values. To overcome this issue, I am adding some random noise (values) to my original data. However when I add the random noise to the data, the final matrix does not show the new values. I guess the reason being that the noise I add is very small and the full value including the decimals gets truncated to show only the value

predict y tree
> > > shuttle1 <- shuttle[254:256, ]  # 3 missing cases >

print(), cat() and simple I/O in R
I am trying to produce rather mundane output of the form e.g. pi, e = 3.14 2.718 The closest result I achieved so far with print() is: > print (c(pi, exp(1)), digits = 3) [1] 3.14 2.72 > print(c("pi, e =", pi, exp(1)), digits = 3) [1] "pi, e =" "3.14159265358979" "2.71828182845905" I understand that c() promotes floats to strings and

add_model paquete modeval

bucle
Estimados compañeros, hoy me ha surgido una duda, quizás trivial, pero que no encuentro sentido. Tengo un bucle con el siguiente código: for (i in 1:n) { if (rango_inr1[i]==1 & (inr[i]>= 2 & inr[i]<= 3)) cinr[i]<-1 if (rango_inr1[i]==2 & (inr[i]>= 2.5 & inr[i]<= 3.5)) cinr[i]<-2 if (rango_inr1[i]==3 & (inr[i]>= 2 & inr[i]<= 2.9)) cinr[i]<-3 if

[LLVMdev] Polyhedron 2005 results for dragonegg 3.3svn
Below are the results for the Polyhedron 2005 benchmarks compiled with llvm/compiler-rt/dragonegg 3.3svn at r182439 against current FSF gcc 4.7.3svn and 4.8.1svn. The only major bug remaining in the dragonegg 3.3svn support for gcc 4.8.x is http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=15980 which results in unresolved symbols for _iround and _iroundf in the aermod and rnflow testcases. Note that this

LLVM v3.9.0 and math built-ins
A little while ago I asked a question on CFE-Dev about a change in the behaviour of programs using the ISO C math functions, although that question should have been put to LLVM-Dev. But I got excellent clarification of the problem anyway. However, since then I have been trying to adapt our out-of-tree implementation to get the previous behaviour. The problem is that something like: #include

fsck failing to notice that the block device was pulled out from under it?
Hello, tl;dr: it seems like fsck fails to notice when the block device disappears from under it. I have the following setup: * external USB disk * a partition with LUKS in it * ext4 filesystem inside the LUKS block device While doing backups to it I noticed that after some time backups would fail with an error (failed to write, ). In the following log I'm attaching the disk, enabling LUKS

I've tried to avoid windows whenever possible because it is so difficult to understand and use, besides the bugs. I've been forced to it for income tax, however. Since so many customers of pan.zipcon.net use windows, I feel an obligation to have a better acquaintence with it. I have not as yet tried any builds just available binaries. I intend to write up instructions for novices in my
