Problem with the command hooks api
I have been trying to use the command hook api in an experimental plugin I
have written. The hook is registered using the command_hook_register function,
and for most commands my hook functions get called once as expected.
But when the client uses one of the "UID" commands (e.g. "UID FETCH" ) the
hook functions are executed twice.
I am using dovecot version 2.1.12.

sieve problem after upgrade to 2.1.12
Hi,
I have a sieve filter for a mailbox with amavisd-admin mails.
if header :regex "Subject" "^INVALID HEADER"
{
fileinto "INVALID HEADER";
}
After the upgrade to dovecot 2.1.12 this filter doesn't work for some
(16) messages with this subject. For 424 messages it worked correct.
Any ideas where to look?
Bye
Daniel

centos 6 and mailman and dmarc
so... I've got some mailman lists running on centos 6. apparently c6
has mailman 2.1.12, which is far too old to have the dmarc patches
(introduced in 2.1.16 and updated in 2.1.??, so of course, I'm having
ongoing issues with yahoo/sbc/att/aol/etc subscribers and bouncing
messages ending up causing 30%+ of my subscribers not to be able to get
mail. These are mostly non-technical

2.1.12: Panic: file solr-connection.c: line 547 (solr_connection_post_more)
Hi all,
I am having a problem indexing one of my mailboxes using the solr fts backend in dovecot 2.1.12
For many mailboxes it works just fine, but on one mailbox I currently always get a panic.
solr setup:
Java: icedtea 6.1.11.5
Solr: 3.6.2 running in tomcat 7.0.32
Command to reproduce error: doveadm index -u my at user badmailbox
I already noticed that there have been some solr backend fixes

question on "doveadm user" and pass/userdb
Hi,
I'm about getting to know dovecot in details, I am about the command
"doveadm user". The man page shows this example:
userdb: jane
uid : 8001
gid : 8001
home : /home/jane
mail : sdbox:~/sdbox
plugins : sieve
quota_rule: *:storage=150M
It seems to be nice, however I never got this only:

2.1.12 - Pigeonhole 0.3.3 build failed: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lssl -lcrypto
Hello list,
Although timos bugfix release this morning I can't build pigeonhole 0.3.3 for
dovecot 2.1.12 successfully. I don't know if it is a new bug or if I do
something wrong but with dovecot 2.1.10 all worked fine, with the same configure
options.
configure options (out of debian/rules for building debian package):

upcoming mailman version change?
Hi,
I'm using CentOS on a box that, among other things, offers mailman
mailing lists, currently mailman 2.1.9. Version 2.1.14 is avilable
from the developers but integrating it into the system promises to be
tedious. I looked at RHEL 6 and don't know where to look to find the
version there, which I assume will be the version in CentOS 6. Can
anyone either confirm what version
