Asterisk 1.2.17 and BRIstuff
Hi All,
I'm using Asterisk 1.2.17 and I would like to install BRIstuff. Problem is
that current version of BRIstuff is for Asterisk 1.2.14.
BRIstuff 0.3.0-PRE-1y (* 1.2.14)
If I'm misunderstanding how to apply patches for 1.2.17?
Thank you in advance,
Dominik

BeroNet HFC-4S card is now detected as only 2 ports
Hello list,
After upgrading from BRIstuff 1y-b to 1y-e my ISDN card is suddently
detected as 2 ports instead of 4.
I still load the driver as "modprobe qozap ports=12" as I've always
done. But now it only sees 2 ports.

asterisk and telewell isdn hfc problem
Hi,
I have debian etch 4.0 machine (2.6.18) with two TW-ISDN PCI (Hfc) cards. I
use bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1y-e (asterisk-1.2.17,libpri-1.2.4,zaptel-1.2.16). I
also have patched zaphfc with zaphfc_0.4.0-test1_florz-13.diff.gz (I load
module: insmod /usr/src/bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1y-e/zaphfc/zaphfc.ko modes=1
debug=1). So i want to test two cards and make loop between them. So one
card would be NT, another...

Sip phones using the wrong context for an outbound call
Hi,
recently I changend a few things in the configuration of the Asterisk
1.2.17-BRIstuffed-0.3.0-PRE-1y-d of a customer. One demand was that
different groups of SIP-Phones are using different trunks to the outside
worls, so I moved some of them to a Support context.
However, dial out from this phones failes as they're still looking for
an extension in the default context, which doesn't exist...

Horrible problem - calls losing sound
We're having a horrid problem with our asterisk setup.
Sometimes calls just go dead - we can't hear what the other end is
saying. (I think they can't hear us either). The call doesn't hang up
until one of the callers gets bored.
Internaly we use Thomson ST2030 SIP phones.
Externaly we have 3 ISDN BRI lines (6 channels total), connected to an
Eicon Diver server card (4BRI).

GLS with nlme
Hello All,
This is my third time attempting to post this message. I don't see it
in the archive, so I'm guessing it is not getting through. If I am
wrong, my apologies.
I am trying to do a GLS regression, (X'V^-1X)^-1X'V^-1y, using the gls()
function from the nlme package. I have the covariance matrix V. I have
been searching for a way to specify the correlation structure using V,
and have had little luck. I have found a few other messages from people
who have had the same problem. Is there a way to do this? If it...

Direct dialing to correct extension from analog lines
...sion the caller does not get through at all as
asterisk rejects the call. I tried setting autofallthrought=no, but it
didn't make a difference.
How do I tell asterisk to wait for the extension from the PSTN?
I'm using a Xorcom Astribank BRI 8-port with Asterisk
1.2.19-BRIstuffed-0.3.0-PRE-1y-e (from the Xorcom Debian repository).
Thanks in advance,

Xorcom Bri 4 Port USB
Hi,
I'm having some trouble setting up a Xorcom Bri 4 port. I have compiled asterisk and zaptel using the Bristuff bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1y-g patches.
So I'm running zaptel-1.2.17.1 and asterisk-1.2.18.
The problem I'm having is that for one I get no LEDs showing if the unit is in TE and NT mode (not a issue for me but may have some impact on things) I have no errors in any logs I can see but once zaptel and asterisk are star...

I configured and installed the HFC ISDN card with a script, as here:
http://www.trixbox.org/forums/trixbox-forums/help/how-install-hfc-card-trixbox
Now i have 6 SIP hardphone, and softphone, using 1 SIP trunk to call
out the world, and 1 ZAP ISDN trunk to receive calls from the world.

Selecting obs within groups defined by 2 variables
...y new to R, and I am trying to select the last
observation within a group, where the group is defined by two
variables. One of the variables is a date.
In the below example, C3 varies within C2, which varies within C1. I
need to select the last observation in C3 for 4 groups (C1*C2): 1x,
1y, 2x, and 2y. In my real dataset, C2 is a date (mm/dd/yy)
C1 C2 C3
1 x 1
1 x 2
1 y 1
1 y 2
2 x 1
2 x 2
2 y 1
2 y 2
I have found code (from UCLA R FAQs and this list's archives) for
selecting the last observation when a group is defined by ONE variable
(e.g., C1):

TDM400P and Junghanns QuadBRI issue
Hi List,
I'm setting up a system with one TDM400P (2*FXO + 2 * FXS) and one Junghanns QuadBRI
on a Fedora Core 6 (Kernel 2.6.20-1.2944.fc6).
I'm using the bristuff-0.3.0-PRE-1y-e kit. It download zaptel-1.2.16, libpri-1.2.4
and asterisk-1.2.17
When it's the time for ztcfg to do its job it complains with
<ZT_SPANCONFIG failed on span 2: No such device or address (6)>
I'm out of ideas what to do to make it to work. Your help is very much appreciated....
