remote_form_for issue

A place to put common partial templates and RJS files?
Greetings, I have a partial template file (acutally, it is an RJS file but the same principle is in question here) which I wish to "share" between multiple controllers. Does anyone know where in the directory tree I would put these files in order that I can access them from multiple controllers in the same app? I really would prefer not having to copy them all into all of the

REST own action
I can sent my own action to a users_controller stating in routes.rb map.resources :users, :member => { :network => get } I defined in my users_controller the network action.... so I can have an url like "http://localhost:3000/users/168.xml;network" now I would like to have another action network_plus which is a little bit different fron the network.. sure, I can state another

Smart forms in Rails?
I am working on a project that needs a "Smart Form" type of system. That is, we need to have a Form Template system that chooses what elements of the form are displayed based on how the user answers other elements of the form. Does that make sense? find() and SQL functions
...combine the power of AR and SQL functions? In the example above, I could use Ruby Time Class but what can I do if I want to use more specific SQL syntax (UNION, ...).
