Asterisk how to setup alarm too many outgoing calls from same user

Branch based on call volume
Is there a simple way to get call volume from a particular trunk within the dialplan (for conditional branching)? Missed call
On some SIP phones it is possible to turn off the missed call notifications, but I am not aware of a way to do the same on any cell phones.
