Meetme Talker Optimization

However, although I can see who is the talker on the CLI

No one can hear the talker. It doesn't matter how loudly the talker
shouts! Is there something else I'm supposed to do to enable this? I am
using Asterisk 1.6.1.1 with CentOS 5.3 and Snom 320 and 360 phones.
