repost (passive FTP server in DMZ and shorewall 1.4.2)
I apologize for the first message. :)
---------------------------------------
I have an FTP server running in the DMZ section of my home network. It uses port 23000 for connection and ports 19990 to 19994 for data transfer.
I have setup the following rule for outside people to connect to it:
DNAT net dmz:192.168.2.2 tcp 23000
I''m at work right now and I can''t use passive connection to it. I can''t get a directory listing. Active connections work.
I have setup...

Strange Postgres Behaviour with Session Variables
Can someone explain why Rails is querying the Postgres database every
time I retrieve a session variable?? The query is to determine the
attributes of the model object I guess and looks like this: "SELECT
a.attname, format_type(a.atttypid, a.atttypmod), d.adsrc, a.attnotnull
FROM pg_attribute a LEFT....".
Like I said, this SELECT only occurs when I load a variable such as:
@value

Many thanks Kaleb.
Your patch did the trick and I did manage to compile, however I get a
Segmentation fault when trying to execute gluster.
I'm using the following options to configure (taken from the glusterfs
3.11.1 port in the FreeBSD port repository):

WINBIND idmap and tdbfiles while upgrading to 3.0.20a
Hello everybody,
had anyone of you problems with winbind and tdbfiles, when
upgrading from 3.0.14a to 3.0.20a?
The Symptom was:
After upgrading to 3.0.20a the idmapping was corrupt.
Although 3.0.20a runs fine, none of the idmaping was
resolved correctly. Downgrading to 3.0.14a "restored"
the idmaps. tdbdump showed me the same idmappings,
therefor i think winbind wasn't able

Slow read performance
Help please-
I am running 3.3.1 on Centos using a 10GB network. I get reasonable write speeds, although I think they could be faster. But my read speeds are REALLY slow.
Executive summary:
On gluster client-
Writes average about 700-800MB/s
Reads average about 70-80MB/s
On server-
Writes average about 1-1.5GB/s
Reads average about 2-3GB/s
Any thoughts?
