Weird HTB behaviour in 2.6.17
Hello, I''ve just compiled the kernel 2.6.17 and noticed an odd HTB behaviour. For instance: tc class add dev eth0 parent 1:1 classid 1:30 htb rate 1kbit ceil 750Kbit burst 15k tc filter add dev eth0 parent 1:0 protocol ip prio 15 u32 match ip dst 192.168.5.1 classid 1:30 The filter works ok and the traffic to 192.168.5.1 flows through the class 1:30, but the rate gets much higher than

Bootstrapping PCA + Standard Error Scree
...s is how they described their procedure: "Finally, we used FACSTRAP (Thompson, 1988; see also Scott et al., 1989) to obtain standard deviations of eigenvalue estimates. Repeated factor analyses with variables or observations dropped result not exceptionally in similar factor structures (Iker, 1974b) although then a given factor I, say, in one solution may become factor II in the next. FACSTRAP forces the factors to keep a unique position and then offers three types of replacement analyses, each repeated 100 times and each involving different sample sizes, with means and SDs of the eigenvalues...

Unshapeable traffic
Hello, Could somebody explain following issue ? I set up htb class on outgoing external interface to shape p2p upload traffic. I limited it to 4Mbit/s. I also set up iptables counters chains in FORWARD chain to calculate traffic generated by p2p and others. While tc stats show that p2p shaping class keep defined 4Mbit traffic, iptables counters show me that p2p traffic exceed traffic to 150%

Unexpected results using HTB qdisc
Hi All, I am using the script below to limit download rates and manage traffic for a certain IP address and testing the results using iperf. The rate that iperf reports is much higher than the rate I have configured for the HTB qdisc. It''s probably just some newbie trap that''s messing things up but I''m buggered if I can see it. The following script is run on the
