Regression in strptime
This is definitely obscure but we had a unit test that called
.Internal(strptime, "1942/01/01", %Y/%m/%d") with timezone (TZ) set to
CET. In R-3.1.3 that returned "1942-01-01 CEST" which, paradoxically, is
correct as they evidently did strange things in Germany during the war
period. Java also returns the same. However, R-3.2.4 returns "1942-01-01
CET".

problem with as.Date
Dear all,
I would like to convert the first column of a dataframe to a date (original
format: year (4 digits) and month (last 2 digits))

Solaris 9 Winbind "ls -l" hangs - group mapping
...ange does not clash with existing groups and I cannot see any
errors in the log files.
All give normal output.
Any ideas?

postmap: fatal: open database /etc/postfix/sasl_passwd.db: Permission denied
I'm trying to configure mail forwarding through Gmail
on CentOS 6 with postfix, following the blog

[LLVMdev] Release 1.6 LLVM-Cfrontend build error on cygwin
Dear llvmdev,
I am new to LLVM , but have a task on writing a LLVM backend to generate some architecture specific assembly file.
Here is my cygwin build setting: GCC 3.4.4 , BIN UTILITY 2.15 ,and all other packages of the right version listed on the LLVM Getting Started doc.
I have successfully built Release 1.6 LLVM. All the tools has been installed there /usr/local/bin .
