queue show <queue-name> vs queue log for calculating average hold time
Hi
We're using 1.8.23.1 on CentOS 5 and are trying to get accurate stats for
queues.
For a particular customer, when I run queue show <queue_name> I get the
following numbers:
<queue_name> has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'ringall' strategy (17s
holdtime, 94s talktime), W:0, C:175, A:44, SL:48.6% within 45s
So from that data we look at
17s holdtime
And assume that is the average hold time before calls get answered by a
queue members.
However, if I calculate the average hold time from out queue log table
using the following SQL

notmuch: Xapian exception during database creation

The update logic for this flag is somewhat complex, but it looks OK to
me. This code hasn't changed recently either, so I suspect the problem
is actually elsewhere.

Bug in POSIXct string representation?
Dear all,
I just have identified the following issue which I believe could be a bug in R:
Let me illustrate:
First, enable the display of fractional seconds and check that it works:

pdf/writer: table.render_on best practices?

5) I set the width:
table.width = pdf.absolute_right_margin - pdf.absolute_left_margin
6) I call table.render_on(pdf):
table.render_on(pdf)
7) I send the file with send_file
Steps 1,2,3,4,5 and 7 takes less than 2 sec altogether. Step 6 takes about
17s. I must say that the margins are not correct, and that the table goes
over the header and footer of my document (does it matter for rendering
time?)
Any clue of what I could do to speed this up? or maybe this is normal speed?
