It is Debian testing/unstable. We can reproduce this problem on the
packaged debian version (2.6.7) and the current CVS checkout
(2007-04-02, around 11am Pacific time.) There is another current rsync
process running on the server using 171m VIRT, 164m RES, and 728 SHR. It
is the sender and receiver.
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this? Is it still an
issue of "break it up into smaller hunks?" Any insight is appreciated. I
can provide any debugging information you need on the system, tuning,

Running Fedora 10 (and rawhide) Xen guests/domUs on CentOS 5 dom0
Hi list!
Now when Fedora 10 is out, I thought of writing here what's needed to
run Fedora 10 Xen domUs on CentOS 5 dom0.
Fedora 10 does not have separate kernel-xen, but instead Xen domU
support is included in the normal kernel-PAE.i686 and kernel.x86_64
(based on the pv_ops Xen support included in the mainline/vanilla Linux kernels).
RHEL 5.3 beta (and final obviously too) includes

Xen patches merged to upstream Linux 2.6.36, plans for 2.6.37?

It looks like upstream linux-2.6.git contains at least the following
xen related new features for Linux 2.6.36:
- Xen-SWIOTLB support (required for Xen PCI passthru and dom0)
- Xen PV-on-HVM drivers
- Xen VBD online dynamic resize of guest disks (xvd*)
