[Bridge] physical interface on a bridge
Hi
Is there a way to either:
Find the real ifindex/ifname a mac-address is bound to
or
Find the real ifindex/ifname of an incoming packet
?
I am writing a dhcp server and need to know what real interface the dhcp re=
quest packet came from. An acceptable solution would be to get the interfac=
e by the mac-address, but that can be faked so I would rather get the inter=

building in AIXV5.3 using the IBM C for AIX compiler V6.0
What fun. I don't often stoke up the boiler and actually compile
open-source code, but here I am at the beginning of just such a joyous
and wondrous adventure.
I'm running the latest level of AIX (V5.3...V4.3 has been obsolete for
at least, what, 5 years) and using the IBM compiler (xlc is similarly
obsolete, from back when the compiler came with the O/S...oh, for the
halcyon days of

Grant tables
Hi,
I need to use the grant table mechanism, but I can''t find any example
regarding how to do it. Could you please provide some examples?
Thanks

I don't have the C standard handy, but I would be somewhat
surprised if the standard would explicitly

[LLVMdev] [llvm-commits] [PATCH] BasicBlock Autovectorization Pass
Ralf, et al.,
Attached is the latest version of my autovectorization patch. llvmdev
has been CC'd (as had been suggested to me); this e-mail contains
additional benchmark results.
First, these are preliminary results because I did not do the things
necessary to make them real (explicitly quiet the machine, bind the
processes to one cpu, etc.). But they should be good enough for
discussion.

ProgeCAD windows C++ Library run time error
Hi,
I'm new to Linux and even newer to wine. I'm using the latest release of wine 1.3.20 on U10.10 - the Maverick Meerkat. I work as an AutoCAD Draft Person and as much as I have fallen in love with my Ubuntu OS I am really disappointed with the lack of quality CAD software.
I came across ProgeCAD (2010 Pro) on a couple of forums and saw in the AppDB section that ProgeCAD has some

[LLVMdev] Polyhedron 2005 results for dragonegg 3.3svn
Below are the results for the Polyhedron 2005 benchmarks compiled with llvm/compiler-rt/dragonegg 3.3svn at r182439 against current
FSF gcc 4.7.3svn and 4.8.1svn. The only major bug remaining in the dragonegg 3.3svn support for gcc 4.8.x is http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=15980
which results in unresolved symbols for _iround and _iroundf in the aermod and rnflow testcases. Note that this

Poor creat/delete files performance
Hi,
We did some performance test and found the create/delete files performance
of btrfs is very poor.
The test is that we create 50000 files and measure the file-create time
first, and then delete these 50000 files and measure the file-delete time.
(The attached file is the reproduce program)
The result is following:

wondering if anyone has written a xen usage monitoring/logging tool?
Something like xm top, but with continuose logging to a (rr)database.
Or a munin plugin?
I can''t remember seeing anything simmilar on the list.
BTW: where does xm top get the NETTX(k) and NETRX(k) from?
For a munin plugin I''d

I loaded a drawing with plenty of layers and then clicked on the layer drop down menu a couple of times before exiting ProgeCAD.
